The Red Dot Instructor Course is designed to develop instructors capable of effectively teaching, evaluating, and leading others in red dot pistol application. This program focuses on both technical performance and instructional methodology—ensuring students can not only perform, but clearly communicate and correct performance in others.

This course combines advanced pistol performance with instructor development. Students will refine their understanding of red dot application while learning to build structured lesson plans, deliver effective instruction, and provide meaningful feedback. Emphasis is placed on clarity, safety, and the ability to develop shooters through measurable standards.

Emphasis is placed on lesson development, communication, demonstration, and the ability to evaluate and correct shooters. This course develops instructors who can lead a line, manage a range, and produce measurable improvement in students.
